Supplemental RFP: Preparation of Environmental Impact Report for the Malibu Canyon Resort Project

The City of Malibu is seeking a consultant to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Malibu Canyon Resort project. The project involves the development of a 146-room luxury hotel resort on a 28.2-acre site in Malibu, California. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing the EIR, which will include an analysis of the potential environmental impacts of the project, including aesthetics, air quality, biological resources, and more. The consultant will also be required to participate in a scoping meeting and prepare a notice of preparation.
