Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide event planning services for a Marriage Enhancement Retreat at the Atlanta VA Medical Center in Decatur, GA. The contractor will be responsible for managing virtual and onsite registration, negotiating contracts for facility and meals, managing marketing and promotions, ordering supplies, and providing communication updates. The retreat aims to improve veteran quality of life by addressing relational, emotional, and spiritual distress. The contractor must be a small business or small minority business with headquarters in the Atlanta, GA area.
