Description
The Queen Anne's County is seeking bids for the renovation of the DES Station 400. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing exterior metal wall panels, installation of a metal-over-metal retrofit roof system, interior wall panel system, exhaust fan, and other components. The work also includes site grading, drainage improvements, and concrete pavement placement. The project is critical, and certain scheduling and construction methods will require coordination with and approval by the Owner.
• The bid documents are available electronically on the county website and eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) website.
• A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM on-site at the DES Station 400.
• Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 PM on May 28, 2026, and will be opened publicly at the Department of Public Works.
• Bid security and a completed Conflict of Interest Disclosure & Employment of Aliens Statement are required with the bid.
