Description
The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the renovation of Warren Holder Park Ball Field. The project includes renovating and improving turf, grading, and irrigation on Fields 1-7 and Field 9 to meet playable standards for baseball/softball activities using 419 Bermuda sod and laser-graded infield mix. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
• The bid submission deadline is February 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 22, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a bid price sheet and a checklist for bid documents.
• The contract term will be determined after the review and evaluation of the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful Consultant.
• The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities.
