Description
The City of Yakima is seeking sealed bids for the second work order of the Yakima Air Terminal Modernization project, focusing on ticketing and west‑side passenger areas. The scope includes extensive interior and exterior construction: roofing modifications, building envelope changes, new storefronts, steel canopy, HVAC upgrades, sprinkler, electrical, data, security, lighting, plumbing, utility work under pavement, new baggage handling and screening equipment, overhead doors, millwork, and finish work. The contract is a phased, 360‑day construction effort to be performed while the airport remains operational. Bidders must submit a 5% bid bond or certified check and adhere to civil‑rights participation requirements.
