Indigent Burial and Cremation Services

Pinellas County is seeking proposals from qualified providers to deliver comprehensive indigent burial and cremation services to individuals without next of kin or who cannot afford private funeral arrangements. The selected provider will be responsible for providing services such as administration, direct cremation, body embalming, and cemetery lot services. The provider will also be required to work closely with Human Services Planning and Quality Assurance staff to exchange data and demonstrate the program's success in achieving stated outcomes. • The provider must have experience in providing similar services and demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The provider must submit a detailed statement describing their approach and methodology for providing the services. • The provider must provide a pricing proposal that includes all cost components, including operational expenses and administrative fees. • The provider must comply with all local, state, and federal directives, orders, and laws applicable to this solicitation and subsequent agreement.
