The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and install a portable “Rock & Dirt Screen” (EZ‑SCREEN™ 1000XL) for use on its St. Charles and Riverfront rail lines. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications—including a double‑deck screen box, a 10 hp Kohler KD15‑440 diesel engine, a 7,000 lb tow hitch, a 6,000 lb rear axle, and a total weight of approximately 5,462 lb—and be delivered to the RTA’s East New Orleans Facility. The contractor is responsible for all permits, site‑cleanliness, and any utility or rail damage incurred during installation, and must provide a Certificate of Conformance and support the RTA’s acceptance inspection within seven days of delivery.
