Lawn Maintenance Services

The Almont Community Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide lawn maintenance services for the school district from May 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with an option to extend the contract for an additional two years. The services required include mowing, trimming, weeding, and chalking/striping of athletic fields. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the lawn areas surrounding the main buildings, parking lots, and athletic fields at three school locations: Orchard Primary School, Almont Middle School, and Almont High School. • The contractor must provide a list of equipment being used for lawn maintenance services. • The contractor must provide a company profile, including business location, phone number, and contact person. • The contractor must provide a completed Bid Form, List of Equipment, Bidding Contractor Information Form, and a Familial Relationship Disclosure Form. • The contractor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance.
