Description
The City of Presque Isle is seeking a qualified, factory‑authorized dealer to supply two brand‑new aircraft service carts: one lavatory service cart and one potable‑water service cart that meet detailed technical specifications (tank capacities, pump performance, insulation, chassis, warranty, etc.). The contractor must be able to deliver the equipment within 12 weeks of order receipt and provide full warranty documentation. The bid is sealed, using the City‑provided form, and will be opened publicly on the day of submission.
• Supply one new lavatory service cart (≥ 35‑gal waste tank, 12 V DC pump ≥ 4.5 gpm @ 40 psi, insulated components, 2025/2026 model).
• Supply one new potable‑water service cart (80‑gal FDA‑stainless steel tank, 12 V DC pump ≥ 4.5 gpm @ 40 psi, winterized, 2025/2026 model).
• Contractor must be a factory‑authorized dealer, provide warranty info, and assume all taxes, permits, waste‑disposal, and indemnification responsibilities.
