The Minnesota State intends to issue multiple Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the management of Dining Services Programs at six of its universities. The programs include Residential Dining Services, Retail Dining Services, Catering and Hospitality Services, Summer Conferences and Camps, and Alcohol Service. Each university will conduct an independent evaluation and award a contract to the supplier that best meets its specific needs. Suppliers may submit proposals for one, several, or all sites, but each proposal must be submitted separately and tailored to the specific site.
• The RFPs will cover the management of Dining Services Programs at Bemidji State University, Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota State University Moorhead, St. Cloud State University, Southwest Minnesota State University, and Winona State University.
• Each university will host a mandatory 90-minute virtual engagement discussion with key stakeholders to share their vision and goals for the Dining Services Program.
• Suppliers must attend the engagement discussion in order to submit a proposal for that site.
• Suppliers are asked to submit their questions in advance according to the Timeline.
