Nankin Square Holiday Lighting

The City of Westland is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for professional services related to Nankin Square Holiday Lighting. The scope of work includes supplying and installing energy-efficient LED white lights, garland, and other decorations, as well as providing maintenance and removal services. The project completion date is November 26, 2025, and removal of lights must be completed within the 1st week of February, 2026. • The vendor must supply and install energy-efficient LED white lights on all Nankin Square and Amphitheatre light poles, staircases, and support buildings and trellis. • The vendor must supply and install garland on every side of both bridges. • The vendor must supply and install White/Blue LED Snowflakes throughout the walkway of the entire park. • The vendor must set up all decorations provided by the City throughout the park. • The vendor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the execution of the work. • The vendor must exercise reasonable care during installation to protect from damage all existing trees, signage, and other site features, improvements, structures, and utilities.
