The City of Salina is seeking sealed competitive bids to extend water service to the Overlook Estates neighborhood. The contract includes site preparation, traffic control, pipe installation, valve installation, and final connections to existing water infrastructure. The project involves both PVC and HDPE mains and requires the contractor to handle mobilization, grading, seeding, and all related activities. • Mobilization, clearing/grubbing, traffic control, and re‑seeding of disturbed areas. • Installation of 2,386 ft of 12‑inch PVC water main and 587 ft of 14‑inch HDPE water main. • Installation of air‑relief, pressure‑relief, and gate valves, plus two connections to the existing municipal waterline. • All work must be completed prior to the bid opening on October 15, 2026, with bids submitted to the City Clerk’s office.
