Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide two washer/disinfectors for the reprocessing of RMD in Sterile Processing Services (SPS) Department at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center and the Toledo CBOC. The vendor will be responsible for de-installing existing equipment, installing new equipment, providing end-user training, and offering comprehensive service coverage options. The contract includes a 2-year comprehensive service coverage option for the installed equipment. Key aspects of the job include:
• De-installing existing washer/disinfectors and trading them in
• Installing new washer/disinfectors and providing necessary accessories
• Providing end-user training for the new equipment
• Offering comprehensive service coverage options, including parts, labor, and travel for preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Ensuring all equipment is fully operational and compliant with VA sterilization guidelines
