Research, Outcomes Measurement, Evaluation, and Reporting Consultant

ChildCareGroup (CCG) is issuing an RFQ for a consultant to design, refine, and manage the outcomes‑measurement and reporting framework for its Early Learning Intervention Training and Education (ELITE) program, a Texas Workforce Commission‑funded grant serving 28 local workforce boards and statewide child‑care providers. The consultant will review existing surveys and data, finalize measurement plans, ensure data quality across Cvent and HubSpot systems, conduct quarterly and final analyses, and produce reporting packages for the TWC and internal leadership. The engagement is a one‑year contract with deliverables including a outcomes measurement plan, survey toolkits, data‑quality checklists, quarterly analysis summaries, an annual outcomes report, a final grant evaluation report, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
