Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), seeks to build a rolling list of qualified research and evaluation consultants to support quantitative, qualitative, and mixed‑methods studies related to early‑education, child‑care, and after‑school programs. Selected consultants will be called upon on an as‑needed basis to design studies, collect and analyze data, evaluate pilot programs, develop grant proposals, and provide expert advice on policy, licensing, family engagement, program quality, workforce development, and financing. This is a blanket, non‑statewide solicitation with a 10‑year ceiling, allowing multiple awards and renewals.
