The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking an authorized dealer or reseller to supply a comprehensive list of new Carl Zeiss optometric devices and accessories to multiple IHS locations in Arizona (Phoenix, Peach Springs, and several service units in Parker). The procurement is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside; only small businesses that meet the SAM registration and OEM‑authorized‑dealer requirements will be considered. All items must be new, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and shipped FOB destination with shipping costs included in the quote. The solicitation requires a single, all‑inclusive quotation (no split contracts) and mandates electronic invoicing via the Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
