The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of chemicals and chemical pumps. The contract is for a term period, and the successful quoter will be required to provide the specified items. The quotation should include the total proposed percentage of Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation. The quoter must also certify that it has implemented a drug-free workplace program and comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C, and 31 C.F.R. pt. 19, subpart C.
