Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to acquire an eco-friendly small electric vehicle, specifically a GEM e4 4-passenger on-road low-speed electric vehicle. The vehicle should meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including being street-legal and compliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. The contractor shall provide one new, fully assembled vehicle complete with all specified accessories and options. The delivery location is the VHA Long Beach Healthcare System in California.
