EBIC System

The United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources to provide an Electron Beam Induced Current (EBIC) System. The system must be compatible with the existing Zeiss Crossbeam 350 SEM and include a preamplifier capable of measuring currents with a sensitivity of 10 picoamperes or better. The system must also have an adjustable gain range and bandwidth, and be capable of producing EBIC maps with a spatial resolution of 50 nanometers or better. The control software must be compatible with Windows 10, and the system must be able to operate without an external network connection. • The EBIC system must be fully compatible with the existing Zeiss Crossbeam 350 SEM. • The system must include a preamplifier capable of measuring currents with a sensitivity of 10 picoamperes or better. • The system must have an adjustable gain range and bandwidth. • The system must be capable of producing EBIC maps with a spatial resolution of 50 nanometers or better. • The control software must be compatible with Windows 10. • The system must be able to operate without an external network connection.
