Modular Building for OIG at Gainesville

The Texas Juvenile Justice Department is seeking a modular building for the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) at Gainesville. The building should be 72x56 feet in size and meet the specifications outlined in the attached documents. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the building, as well as providing any necessary permits and inspections. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The building must be new and unused, and of current production. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the building and its components. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunities and affirmative action. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the State of Texas. • The contract may be amended or terminated as necessary by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
