The Somerville Housing Authority is seeking a competitive sealed Invitation to Bid (IFB) for Full Service Elevator Preventative Maintenance, Testing, Emergency and Non-emergency Repairs of 17 Elevators at Various Locations in Somerville Massachusetts. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required services. • The contractor must have experience in providing elevator maintenance and repair services. • The contractor must be able to provide 24/7 emergency service. • The contractor must be able to provide preventative maintenance and testing services. • The contractor must be able to provide non-emergency repair services.
