Brabender Farinograph, USDA-ARS, Manhattan KS

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a Brabender Farinograph for the Grain Quality and Structure Research Unit in Manhattan, KS. The Farinograph must meet the requirements in the attached Specifications. The award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order, and the contract will be for a period of 60 days after award. The USDA requires delivery of all items within 60 days after receipt of order. • The Brabender Farinograph is a brand name or equal product. • The product must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation. • The offeror must provide pricing for all items listed in the Schedule of Items. • The offeror must provide a detailed explanation of any requirement listed in the specifications that cannot be successfully accomplished. • The offeror must provide descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer.
