Description
Cowlitz County is seeking proposals for the provision of Landfill Gas Management Services at the Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill and the closed Cowlitz County Tennant Way Landfill. The services provided will include landfill gas compliance testing and reporting, gas collection and control system adjustments and troubleshooting. The contractor will be required to provide all management, materials, equipment, labor, and other items necessary to provide various testing services for permit compliance. The contract is expected to begin on April 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2028, with the option for two one-year extensions.
