Description
The Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to develop and implement a revaluation program for all real property in the town. The program aims to determine the present true and actual value of each parcel of real property as of December 31, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the project, including data collection, property inspections, and valuation of real property. The contractor must have experience with revaluation programs in Rhode Island and must be familiar with the Appraisal Vision CAMA software.
