Commissioning Services – Ulysses S. Grant Presidential Library

Mississippi State University seeks an experienced, Mississippi‑licensed firm to serve as the Independent Commissioning Authority (CxA) for the new Ulysses S. Grant Presidential Library – a 39,000‑gsf museum/archival facility.
