Description
Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking a single‑prime contractor to inspect, assess, and clean approximately 19,530 linear feet of 18‑ to 54‑inch sanitary sewer mains in Roanoke, VA. The work will be performed on a unit‑price basis, with a contract ceiling of $225,000, and must be completed within 85 calendar days from notice to proceed. The contractor must provide multi‑sensor inspection (CCTV, sonar, laser profiling) and cleaning services (light, standard, heavy) as required, submit detailed digital deliverables, and comply with extensive safety, traffic‑control, and insurance requirements.
