Strategic Planning Consultant - TECHNICAL ONLY

The Washington County is seeking a Strategic Planning Consultant to provide professional services to assist in the development of a strategic plan. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the Local Management Board (LMB) in the planning process. The scope of work includes developing a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the LMB's goals and objectives. The consultant will be expected to provide professional qualifications and experience, as well as a technical understanding of the work to be performed. • The consultant will be required to submit a technical proposal that includes professional qualifications and experience of the firm and its technical understanding of the work to be performed. • The consultant will be expected to participate in a pre-proposal conference/teleconference, although attendance is not mandatory. • The consultant will be required to submit the technical proposal as an attachment, and pricing information should not be included. • The consultant will be expected to provide guidance and assistance to the LMB during the planning process. • The final strategic plan will be voted on and approved by the LMB.
