The U.S. Government Publishing Office, on behalf of the DOE Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, is seeking a vendor to produce 900 custom work‑record folders. The folders must be printed, folded, bound with continuous metal fasteners, and shipped FOB to the WIPP facility in Carlsbad, NM by 19 May 2026. All work must follow the supplied PDF specifications, include a press‑quality soft proof, and meet GPO Level 3 quality standards.
• Quantity: 900 copy‑and‑grid folders (19½ × 11½ in. flat, folded to 10½ × 11½ in.)
• Technical requirements: black ink on 140‑lb Manila‑type paper, metal fasteners, one‑inch off‑center tab, head‑to‑head printing, and strict packaging/labeling rules
• Delivery: FOB destination at 4021 National Parks Hwy, Carlsbad, NM 88220, with inside delivery during Mon‑Thu 6:30 am‑4:00 pm
• Procurement: Small‑purchase RFQ submitted electronically via GPO Publish; quote due 27 Apr 2026, proof‑PDF due prior to printing, invoice due within 10 workdays of delivery.
