Description
The Warren Consolidated Schools is seeking a vendor to provide self-provisioned fiber maintenance services for 25 buildings. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing 200 hours of maintenance per year, including routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The vendor will also be required to provide a 24/7/365 phone number for emergency services and have a plan in place for service restoration in the event of an outage.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years.
• The vendor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work.
• The vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• The vendor will be required to provide weekly work schedules and to notify the district of any changes to the schedule.
• The vendor will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage and fringe benefits.
