Laundry Cart Purchase for Housing and Residential Life (HRL) Twin Cities Campus

The University of Minnesota is seeking bids for the purchase of heavy-duty, rotationally molded bulk laundry/linen handling carts for the Department of Housing and Residential Life (HRL) on the Twin Cities Campus. The carts must meet specific requirements, including being made of waterproof and chemical-resistant High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or an equivalent material, having a minimum capacity of 38 bushels/48 cubic feet, and a minimum static load capacity of 800 lbs. The awarded contractor must deliver the carts to nine residence halls within the Twin Cities Campus by May 8, 2026. The contractor will also be required to provide customer service and administrative support, including order processing, conflict resolution, and delivery.
