AI Workshop for Contracting Professionals

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Savannah District is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide a workshop on artificial intelligence (AI) for a contracting workforce. The objective of this requirement is to obtain an instructor-led workshop that provides a practical, mission-aligned foundation for understanding how artificial intelligence operates within USACE parameters, objectives, and governance frameworks. The training will include mission-focused guidance on the responsible use of AI throughout the acquisition process, platform-specific instruction on Gemini Enterprise Plus, and expert evaluation and feedback on the existing Gemini agent used for RFO and regulatory compliance. • The workshop shall be tailored specifically to the USACE-Savannah district government's contracting environment. • The contractor shall provide practical examples and recommendations that are useful to USACE, Savannah district acquisition professionals. • The training plan should include mission-focused guidance on the responsible use of AI throughout the acquisition process. • The contractor shall design and deliver a workshop for Government contracting personnel that combines foundational baselines, acquisition-specific use cases, responsible AI practices, and practical application for agent development.
