Description
The North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) is seeking a highly qualified national executive search firm to identify, recruit, and appoint a new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected firm will provide assistance, support, guidance, and direction to the State Board and Presidential Search Committee in all aspects of the search process. The scope of work includes advising and assisting the State Board and Presidential Search Committee with communications, managing the search process, conducting interviews and focus groups, creating a customized search plan, and providing market insights and benchmarking data. The firm will also be responsible for conducting active national outreach and recruitment, providing weekly progress reports, and coordinating candidate interviews.
