Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for trash rental and collection services at the LeBlanc Unit in Beaumont, TX. The term of the contract is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for providing a 40-yard open-top container, collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste.
• The contractor must provide replacement cost documentation for each piece of equipment upon request.
• The contractor must ensure that all rental equipment is in working order and replaced upon breakage.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for all rental equipment.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal standards and Department Policies.
