The City of Springfield Public Schools is seeking proposals for a Three (3) year or Four (4) year term contract for the establishment, operation, and management of a Copy Center and Managed Print Operation. The contract also includes the leasing of multi-Functioning devices, maintenance and repair of MFD and Desktop Printer Fleets, an internship component, and a Courier/Mailing Services component. The contract is estimated to be worth $4.5 million for a three-year term or $5.5 million for a four-year term.
