This solicitation seeks an authorized reseller to provide new, unopened OEM toner and inkjet cartridges for multiple County departments on a firm‑price, one‑year contract (with four optional renewals). The vendor must supply cartridges from a range of manufacturers (HP, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Lexmark), demonstrate authorized‑reseller status, include shipping and inside‑delivery in unit prices, and be willing to offer recycling and on‑site leak‑cleanup services.
