FMLA Administrator Services

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking a qualified third-party administrator (TPA) to provide comprehensive administration of employee leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), applicable state leave laws, and related employer policies. The Contractor shall deliver compliant, efficient, and employee-focused leave administration services in accordance with all applicable federal regulations. The scope of work includes providing Federal Department of Labor Forms to RTA Employees, processing certification packets, and monitoring employee attendance and FMLA usage. The contract term is for a period of five years, with an option to extend. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing comprehensive administration of employee leave under FMLA and applicable state leave laws • Delivering compliant, efficient, and employee-focused leave administration services • Processing certification packets and monitoring employee attendance and FMLA usage • Complying with all applicable federal regulations, including FTA requirements • Providing data reports and maintaining records for a period of at least three years
