Description
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking qualified firms to provide routine engineering services for streets projects. The selected firms will be eligible for award of routine streets contracts for a two-year period. The firms must have at least one principal who is a professional engineer registered in the State of Louisiana, a professional in charge of the project with a minimum of five years of experience, and one employee who is a professional engineer registered in the State of Louisiana. The firms will be evaluated based on their professional training and experience, size of firm, capacity for timely completion of work, past performance, location of principal office, and prior successful completion of projects.
• The total engineering fee for each assignment will not exceed $500,000.
• The firms will be compensated on an hourly rate basis or a fixed fee basis.
• The firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (TEC) Professional Services Questionnaire) by the deadline.
• The firms must identify all subcontractors who will assist in providing professional services for the project.
