The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADE CA) is seeking a contractor to provide routine recycling‑bin collection services at its Center for Commerce Building in Montgomery. The contractor must empty designated recycling bins on a bi‑weekly schedule throughout FY 27 and respond to ad‑hoc basement‑bin requests, submitting quarterly price quotes for the 12‑month service period.
• Service location: 3rd‑5th floors and basement of the Center for Commerce Building, 401 Adams Ave, Montgomery, AL.
• Bin locations: rooms 312, 320, 338, 410, 412, 434, 446, 460, 480, 490, 500, 524, 560, 564, 592 plus additional basement bins on notification.
• Frequency: empty all bins every two weeks; basement bins as needed.
• Pricing: vendors submit quarterly price quotes; contract value capped at $25,000 per the State’s Quick‑Quote boilerplate.
