Description
The U.S. Government is seeking a company to provide water tank integration and pump installation services at 30 Gemsbok Street, Koedoespoort Industrial, Pretoria, South Africa. The scope of work includes connecting the existing water storage tank to the warehouse water distribution system, installing a three-stage industrial water filtration system, and supplying and installing two booster pumps. The project aims to ensure water circulation throughout the building, prevent stagnation and water quality deterioration, and provide a reliable water supply during municipal water outages.
• The contractor must supply all materials, equipment, tools, and labor required to complete the works.
• The contractor must ensure all work is carried out by suitably qualified and registered tradespeople.
• The contractor must obtain all necessary permits and approvals prior to commencement of work.
• The contractor must provide a detailed, site-specific safety plan for review by the U.S. Embassy Pretoria Safety Office.
• The contractor must commission the complete system upon installation and provide a commissioning report.
