Description
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking a maintenance agreement for the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at the Integrated Research Facility (IRF) in Frederick, Maryland. The DAS system provides emergency communications for staff and NIH Police, supporting both commercial cellular networks and public safety communications. The maintenance service contract will provide technical services, including regular evaluation reports, restoration of the system in case of failure, and timely response. The contractor will be responsible for conducting business between 7:30AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays or when the government facility is closed. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Oneida Communications Inc.
• The contract will be for a base year of 12 months
