Description
The State of North Dakota’s Life Skills & Transition Center is seeking a vendor to supply one Piccolo Xpress (or equivalent) chemistry analyzer and provide five years of comprehensive preventative maintenance and technical support. The analyzer must meet CLIA‑waived specifications, integrate with the Orchard Laboratory Information System, and be delivered and operational by September 1 2026. The contractor must also deliver 24/7 technical support, on‑site response within 24 hours, and include all labor, parts, and travel costs in a firm‑fixed price for each of the five annual service periods.
• One new benchtop chemistry analyzer (Piccolo Xpress or equivalent) with full test menu capability.
• Five‑year maintenance contract covering power supply, interface support, preventive maintenance, 24/7 technical assistance, repairs, parts replacement, and manufacturer‑provided training.
• All work to be performed on‑site at the Life Skills & Transition Center in Grafton, ND, with FOB Destination pricing and mandatory insurance and data‑security compliance.
