Western Kentucky University is seeking a qualified printer to produce its “WKU Spirit” publication on a multi‑year schedule. The contract covers ten issues (five winter and five summer editions) from 2026‑2031, each requiring 45‑60 000 copies of an 80‑page, 8.125 × 10.5 in, full‑color (4‑color front & back) magazine with perfect binding, mail‑list processing, and ink‑jetting of addresses. The vendor must provide sample sheets, handle postage via non‑profit standard mail, and meet in‑home delivery windows of mid‑June (summer) and mid‑December (winter) each year. The base contract term is one year with optional extensions of up to four additional one‑year periods. All bids are submitted through the Unimarket e‑procurement portal.
