The Defense Health Agency Research & Development’s (DHA R&D) U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) is seeking information from current GSA schedule holders for a material buy to provide a Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall Appliance and supporting equipment. The required equipment includes 2x Palo Alto PA-1420 Network Security/Firewall Appliance, 2x Palo Alto 450W Redundant Power Supply, 1x Palo Alto Advanced URL Filtering, Subscription License, and 2x Palo Alto Partner Enabled Premium Support. Respondents are required to submit a capability statement describing their experience and technical capability to provide the material, assuming that all material provided by respondent would be accomplished in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. • The capability statement should address the contractor’s technical experience pertinent to effective execution of the material buy. • The capability statement should address whether this material buy is commercial in nature. • The capability statement should address the contractor’s noted delivery terms and noted warranty terms for the material.
