Description
The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) seeks an authorized distributor of UniMac and Alliance Corporation laundry equipment to supply, install, and maintain new UniMac laundry machines across its statewide prison facilities. The contract is a one‑year firm‑price agreement (10/1/2026‑09/30/2027) with a $25,000 ceiling, covering equipment sales, installation (including removal of existing units), and a warranty program. Orders will be placed on an as‑needed basis via purchase orders; delivery must occur within 30 days of receipt and cannot be on weekends or state holidays. The award will go to the lowest acceptable bidder for the unit‑price lines.
