Description
The Rockingham County is seeking a proposal for the refurbishment of the glycol in the heating system at the Rockingham County Jail. The scope of work includes removing the existing glycol and replacing it with 800 gallons of Safe T Therm HD premix 35% inhibited industrial propylene glycol. The proposal should include detailed pricing, specifications for the materials quoted, and an anticipated delivery date.
• The proposal should include all freight charges and truck charges.
• The installation shall be scheduled through the office of Facilities Operations.
• The organization must have professional liability/errors and omissions insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
• The organization must maintain a comprehensive general liability insurance policy, including contractual liability coverage, with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
• The organization must carry workers' compensation insurance as mandated by the State of New Hampshire.
• The organization must carry motor vehicle insurance, including coverage for bodily injury, property damage, and uninsured motorists, with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000 per accident.
