The State of California’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to supply a complete unmanned aircraft system (UAS) package, provide associated training, and deliver a three‑year software and warranty service. The procurement is limited to U.S.‑based small businesses and includes mandatory certifications and documentation.
• Deliver one Skydio X10 starter kit (drone, speaker, spotlight, controller, batteries, charger, thermal camera, and case) meeting detailed size, weight, range, and IP‑rating specifications.
• Provide two‑day, in‑person training for up to four parole‑agency personnel at the DAPO Basic Parole Agent Academy.
• Supply a three‑year Skydio Care software subscription and cellular 5G+VT300‑Z plan, together with all required warranties and post‑delivery technical support (7‑day/week help desk).
• Include all required certifications (SB/DVBE, seller’s permit, post‑consumer recycled‑content, Payee Data Record, California civil‑rights, GenAI disclosure, etc.) and submit a fully‑inclusive price (freight prepaid, taxes, fees).
• Delivery must occur within 30–120 days after receipt of order, with a contract performance period of June 1 2026 through May 31 2029.
