WWTP Compost Pad Expansion

The City of Farmington is seeking bids for the construction of the WWTP Compost Pad Expansion project. The project involves staking, clearing, and grubbing, removal of structures and obstructions, excavation, and subgrade preparation. The contractor will also be responsible for lining a 60 mil HDPE liner and geotextiles, constructing asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, and installing landscaping gravel over weed barrier fabric. The project requires a minimum of GA-3, GF9 licenses. • The project has an estimated construction cost of $782,000. • The project duration is 60 calendar days. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
