NEW CARPET INSTALLATION AT RIDGECREST EL (CONSTRUCTION)

The Canyons School District (CSD) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for carpet installation services at Ridgecrest El. The project requires the installer to properly measure and provide a list of materials to the owner as part of their bid. The materials will be supplied by the owner through Shaw Contract. The contractor must have 5 years of experience in commercial carpet installation, carry a S220 Carpentry & Flooring Contractor classification, and be properly licensed and insured in the State of Utah. • The project involves carpet installation services at Ridgecrest El. • The contractor must meet minimum requirements, including 5 years of experience and proper licensing and insurance. • The bid must include a 5% attic stock charge as a separate line item. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Ridgecrest El. • The contractor must provide a minimum of three and a maximum of five references from the past four years.
