Description
The State of California is soliciting bids to supply, install, and commission a complete electric‑vehicle charging infrastructure at the Edmonston Pumping Plant in Kern County. The work includes electrical contractor services (C‑10 license), site preparation (trenching, back‑filling, paving, directional drilling), installation of both Level‑2 AC and DC fast‑charging stations, ADA‑accessible ports, bollards, and all related testing, commissioning, and documentation. The contract is limited to small‑business and micro‑business firms, with a 5 % small‑business preference and optional DVBE incentives.
