Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of Water Main Break Doorhangers. The contract requires the delivery of 20,000 doorhangers with a finished size of 4.25" x 11", double-sided, 67# Yellow Vellum Bristol Uncoated, 1/1 Black, No Bleeds, Standard die hole and slit, Shrinkwrap 250/Pack. The successful bidder will be awarded the contract based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The bid is for a flat printing purchase and will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
• The seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.
• Do not deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
• The contract has a required date of 03/20/2026.
